Warranty Coverage Policy

Topcon Tierra's Telematics equipment is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship under normal use and application for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. During the Warranty period, Topcon Tierra will replace the product at no additional charge. Replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new. This warranty does not include replacement of damaged product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product.

The warranty against defects in any Topcon Tierra™ cable or antenna is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. During the Warranty period, Topcon Tierra will replace the product at no additional charge. Replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new. This limited warranty does not include replacement of damaged product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product.

Labor and travel expense incurred for in-field removal and replacement of components are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty return authorization must be obtained by contacting the Topcon Tierra dealer who made the original sale. Purchaser agrees to insure the product or assume the risk of loss in transit, to prepay shipping charges to the warranty return location, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. A letter should accompany the package describing the problem and/or defect.

The purchaser's sole remedy shall be replacement as provided above. In no event shall Topcon Tierra be liable for any damages or other claim including any claim for lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the product even if Topcon Tierra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Seller disclaims any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular use or purpose.
